Dear Liberty Bank Shareholder:

 

The annual meeting of shareholders is coming up on October 16, 2012. You should be receiving the Proxy Statement that includes the 2011 Annual Report that details the audited results through 12/31/2011. I write to communicate on the following issues:

  • Comment on 4th quarter 2011 performance
  • Status of the formal Agreement (FA) with the Bank’s primary regulator, the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) which was entered into in January of 2011
  • Status of the investor transaction initiated in 2010 involving potential change of control
