Subject: Liberty Savings Bank of Dayton: no affiliation with Liberty Bank, N.A.

 

An article appeared in today’s Tuesday Morning Crain’s state roundup and refers to Liberty Savings Bank, an OTS regulated Savings Bank in Dayton to which we have no affiliation. We have spoken with Crain’s and they have assured us that they will run a note in tomorrow’s roundup that clarifies that Liberty Bank, N.A. is not affiliated with Liberty Savings Bank and is under no such order.
