Increased Dividend on Common Shares

Liberty Bank, N.A. declares increased dividend on common shares


February 19, 2008; Beachwood, Ohio-- Liberty Bank, N.A. (the "Company") announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a dividend of 11 cents per common share, payable to shareholders of record as of the close of business on February 22, 2008. The dividend is payable on March 28, 2008 and represents a 10% increase from the 10 cents per share dividend paid in the fourth quarter of 2007.


On an annualized basis, the 44 cents per common share anticipated to be paid in regular quarterly dividends during 2008 represents a 46.7% increase over the total dividend payments of 30 cents per common share paid by the Company in 2007.
